儲(chǔ) 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

屬中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)興奮劑類，能夠增加人的機(jī)敏性，暫時(shí)減輕疲勞感并增加攻擊性。安曾是體育界濫用zui嚴(yán)重的一種興奮劑。
當(dāng)服用過(guò)量時(shí)，出現(xiàn)不吃不睡、活動(dòng)過(guò)度、情感沖動(dòng)、不講道理、偏執(zhí)狂、妄想、幻覺和暴力傾向。不安、頭昏、震顫、腱反射亢進(jìn)、話多、易激惹、煩躁、偏執(zhí)性幻覺或驚恐狀態(tài)。
還可出現(xiàn)心血管病癥狀如頭痛、寒戰(zhàn)、面色蒼白或發(fā)赤、心悸、心律不齊、心絞痛、血壓升高、血壓降低或循環(huán)性脫虛；還可出現(xiàn)腸胃功能障礙如口干、口中有金屬味道、厭食、惡心、嘔吐、腹瀉、腹部絞痛；嚴(yán)重的可產(chǎn)生驚厥、腦出血、昏迷致死。慢性中毒可造成體重減輕和精神異常，等嚴(yán)重中毒癥狀。
